The Yuma County Mental Health Coalition (YCMHC) is comprised of community members and professionals who collectively educate and provide resources to reduce substance misuse and advocate for mental health awareness within Yuma County.
To promote mental health awareness, education, and access to resources in Yuma County through collaborative outreach, community engagement, and the reduction of stigma surrounding mental health challenges.
A resilient Yuma County where every individual feels supported, empowered, and connected—fostering a culture that prioritizes mental well-being and embraces open conversations about mental health.
By collaborating across sectors—healthcare, education, law enforcement, and more—we address the challenges of mental health and substance misuse head-on. Together, we can create a supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
